My career began as a middle school English teacher. I entered the profession at a transitional time when technology was increasingly integrated into instruction. Fascinated by how students responded to innovative teaching tools, I returned to grad school to pursue a Master's degree in Education with a focus in School Psychology, followed by an Education Specialist Degree in Instructional Design. 

While completing my Ed.S. I worked with adult learners and was captivated by the opportunities that could be provided by leveraging technology in instruction. I focus on combining my experiences in teaching with the knowledge I gained from my graduate programs to create educational opportunities and media that support learners of all ages and abilities.
